I saw eyes light up!

The Elliot Primary School Physical Education Department was fortunate enough to benefit from your wish list program and we received a donation of footballs, mini football goals and cricket equipment. Our students have enjoyed the use of the footballs thus far as they have utilized it during the lunch time play, Monday through Friday and during P.E. sessions. During lunch play their use of the equipment continues to reinforce our school core value of being safe, while playing with others, as well as being respectful and responsible, as they must share and play as a team. The students identified the new equipment right away, as I saw eyes light up and heard comments, such as “It’s a brand-new ball!” and “Look at how shiny it is!” The students are definitely appreciative, and I am enjoying seeing the joy on their faces.
