Much appreciation and thanks

A few months ago, I filled out a form requesting additional supplies for my classroom. I figured I might get one or two of the requested items. I was filled with both wonder and surprise on February 23, 2019, when I received 2 large boxes filled with the resources I requested. This year, my main focus was to increase my class mathematical scores and to enhance the children’s mathematical experiences. I ordered supplies that I can use to support my mathematics lessons.
The mathematical supplies that I ordered included:
• Big Money Kit Magnetic Coins
• Base Ten Starter Kit
• Big Time Classroom Clock Kit
• 120 Number Board
• Geometric Shapes
• Fraction Circles
• Pattern Blocks
These supplies have been a valuable addition to my lessons because the supplies give the children concrete manipulatives to help solve problems. The children enjoy being able to touch, hold and manipulate the materials to solve real world problems. I have seen the enthusiasm from all of the children as they use the materials to create and solve STEM problems. Additionally, the office supplies are an added bonus. Every teacher I know, is excited to receive packages of copying paper; I certainly was 😊 – Paget Primary School, P3 Teacher
